AI Architect – 8+ Years - Gurugram

We are looking for an experienced AI Architect to design and deliver enterprise-scale artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions. The role focuses on building modern, scalable, and responsible AI systems leveraging Azure AI technologies, hybrid LLM architectures, and domain-specific AI models to drive business value across insurance use cases.

Location – Gurgaon/ Noida

Responsibilities -

1. Architect and implement enterprise-scale AI/ML solutions using Azure AI, Azure OpenAI, Azure ML, and Databricks
2. Design hybrid AI architectures combining public LLMs with custom fine-tuned domain-specific models
3. Define AI strategy, roadmap, and architectural standards aligned with business objectives
4. Establish AI governance, responsible AI frameworks, model lifecycle management, and regulatory compliance
5. Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and stakeholders while mentoring teams on AI best practices

Requirements -

1. 7+ years of experience in AI/ML, data science, or software engineering with strong Azure AI expertise
2. Hands-on experience with LLMs, model fine-tuning, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and Hugging Face ecosystem
3. Strong knowledge of Azure OpenAI, Azure ML, Azure AI Services, Databricks, and MLOps pipelines
4. Experience building AI solutions within insurance or financial services domains
5. Expertise in responsible AI, model explainability, bias detection, and regulatory compliance frameworks
