Celonis SCM Consultant

Job Description

• Accountable for driving Celonis led Transformation programs within set timelines.

• Responsible for reviewing, guiding and enriching the output of Celonis Analysis drawing on deep domain knowledge in SCM.

• Coordinate with Customer for deliverable review and approval process

• Work closely with Customer to understand current landscape, infrastructure and business challenges to arrive at key areas for Celonis analysis to focus upon.

• Work with Project / Program Leaders and the customer to optimize the quality of project output.

• Accountable for driving efficiency and value creation across the span of operations and collaborate with Delivery Excellence and other support teams.

Key Requirements

• Bachelors / Masters degree preferably in Operations or Supply Chain

• Strong domain knowledge in key areas of SCM – Plan, Buy, Make, Deliver & Enable with significant depth of knowledge in at least one area.

• Exposure / experience in Quality, Analytics, Metrics design, Benchmarking and Consulting will be preferred

• Cross-industry and cross-functional experience preferred

• Domain Certifications (Source to Pay, Inventory Management, Transportation & Logistics etc.) as well as Specialized Skill Certifications (PMP, Agile, Lean/Six Sigma etc.) are preferred.

• User experience in SAP or any other ERP.

• Past experience in analytics and process visualization

• Basic knowledge of SQL

• Digital Analytical Tools knowledge (Celonis, Power BI).

• Proficient in Microsoft Office – PPT, Excel, Word.

• Self -starter and ability to work independently and drive results with an eye for detail.

• Project Management & Analytical skills.

• Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills

• Good communication skills and interpersonal skills.

Experience required

• Experience – Minimum 14+ years within Supply Chain, across Sourcing, Procurement, Planning & Scheduling, Order Management, Logistics Warehousing & Delivery etc.
