CEM Transformation Lead (14-19 Years)-Delhi/Mumbai

Location: Delhi/Mumbai

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead a team of highly skilled individuals with goals to transform 30+ accounts , aggressive in approach towards CX transformation, Drive results and create case studies for future deals, Liaise with multiple senior stakeholders and align them for CX team needs, Represent Transformation for internal leadership as well as prospective clients, meet steep transformation growth agenda.

  2. Create Transformation assets (aligned to Business 4.0) at least one per quarter with tangible benefits to client.

  3. Drive MFDM Automation in existing DSD accounts

  4. Project Manage these solution deployments, Liaison with internal teams to ensure successful deployment

  5. Respond to RFP, RFI requirements

  6. Develop and manage digital offerings.

  7. On-board and manage digital partners.

  8. Constantly map new technologies

  9. Articulate visions of possibilities; can create innovative solutions

  10. Develop white paper

 

Requirements:

  1. Engineering / Computer science Graduate

  2. Exposure to Design Thinking in the Customer Experience Space

  3. Experience & Understanding of contact centre & modern digital technologies (Cognitive / AI , ML , Analytics etc.)

  4. Experience in Client-facing projects in a consulting and/or technology professional services organization

  5. Strong Data mining & Presentation skills using MS Office Suite
