Chief Human Resource Officer
LOCATION: Ludhiana
Leadership opportunity for HR Professionals having 10+ years of experience.
As the Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO), you will play a pivotal role in shaping company's culture, attracting and retaining top talent, and implementing effective HR strategies. You will oversee all HR functions, provide strategic guidance to the executive team, and work closely with stakeholders to align HR policies with organizational goals. RESPONSIBLITIES:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Oversee talent acquisition, recruitment, and onboarding
- Lead employee development initiatives and training programs
- Drive employee engagement and performance management
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and stay updated on employment legislation
- Design and implement competitive compensation and benefits programs
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 10 years of progressive HR management experience, with 5+ years in a leadership role
- Proven success in developing and implementing HR strategies in a fast-paced consumer goods environment
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and compliance
- Strategic thinker with exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Professional certifications (SHRM-SCP or SPHR) highly desired
