Looking for a professional who has 3 years of experience in business or executive management role. Candidate who have quality of applying and leading strategy initiatives in every form. Candidate with great communication as well as problem solving skills

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating directly with the CEO and other c-suite level executives for the overall business strategy and growth

• Reporting for driving projects as well as to deliver company's top line and bottom-line growth goals

• Making judgments and recommendations to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning across the organization

• To look into various field such as company strategy, fundraising, business plan making, business operations, marketing, sales, hiring, product, etc - whatever is the top priority

• Solving any challenges in a very creative manner way that may come your way

Requirements:

• MBA, preferably in sales & marketing or strategy as major

• 3+ years of experience in business or executive management role preferred if you have Consulting experience with a focus on operations management

• Experience in planning and leading strategic initiatives

• Extremely versatile and dedicated to efficient productivity

• Strong project reporting skills, with a focus on interdepartmental communication
