Location: Harrisburg, Pennsylvania (Remote - one week in office)
Candidate is required to be onsite for one week each month. Candidates must work EST time. Candidates from PA, NJ, NY, DE, and OH will be given preference.

We are seeking a highly skilled Dynamics CE (Customer Engagement) / .NET Developer to lead the customization, development, and integration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in .NET development, MS Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and hands-on work with Contact Center technologies (Nuance or equivalent), IVR workflows, and AI-driven enhancements including Microsoft Copilot.
This role requires strong technical proficiency to build scalable, user-focused, and intelligent business solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and customize Dynamics 365 CE modules to meet complex business requirements.
• Build and enhance solutions using .NET/C#, including plugins, custom workflows, and service integrations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business needs and design scalable, efficient Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Configure entities, workflows, forms, views, dashboards, and business rules in Dynamics CE.
• Develop advanced extensions using C#, JavaScript, and Power Platform tools.
• Implement and support Contact Center integrations, including:
• Nuance (now Microsoft Contact Center AI)
• IVR workflows
• Speech recognition, call routing, and automation features
• Integrate AI and Copilot capabilities into Dynamics workflows, enhancing user experience and decision automation.
• Create Power Apps and Power Automate flows to automate processes and build custom business applications.
• Integrate Dynamics 365 with external systems using REST APIs, Azure services, and custom connectors.
• Ensure high-quality, consistent code with thorough unit testing and performance validation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the Dynamics CE and integrated ecosystem.
• Provide architectural and best-practice guidance on Dynamics CE, .NET, and integrated solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE development.
• Strong expertise in .NET/C# development for building plugins, APIs, and backend extensions.
• Proven experience customizing Dynamics 365 CE and working with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
• Experience integrating Dynamics CE with Contact Center platforms, especially: Nuance (legacy or current MS-based Nuance solutions)

IVR applications or telephony workflows

• Hands-on experience implementing or supporting AI features, including Microsoft Copilot, Azure Cognitive Services, or similar.
• Familiarity with Dataverse (CDS) and Dynamics 365 architecture.
• Experience with Dynamics CE integrations using APIs, JSON, REST, OData, or Azure middleware.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on solution quality and maintainability.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a distributed team environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Azure services such as Logic Apps, Azure Functions, API Management, and Cognitive Services.
• Working knowledge of Power BI for reporting and analytics.
• Microsoft certifications such as:

Dynamics 365 CE Developer

Power Platform Developer

• Azure AI or Copilot-related certifications
• Understanding of data governance, security modelling, and role-based access control (RBAC) within Dynamics 365.
