Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with the company's business goals and market trends.
2. Lead the research, evaluation, and adoption of emerging technologies to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
3. Define and communicate the technical roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
4. Provide strong leadership, guidance, and mentorship to our engineering teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
5. Recruit, develop, and retain top engineering talent, ensuring a diverse and inclusive workplace environment.
6. Drive performance management, career development, and succession planning initiatives for the engineering organization.
7. Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to delivery, ensuring the timely and high-quality release of software products.
8. Collaborate closely with product management and other stakeholders to define product requirements, prioritize initiatives, and deliver innovative solutions that meet customer needs.
9. Champion best practices in software development, quality assurance, security, scalability, and performance optimization.
10. Establish and maintain robust technology infrastructure, including cloud architecture, DevOps practices, and data management systems, to support the scalability, reliability, and security of our products.
11. Implement and enforce stringent operational processes and standards to ensure the efficient operation of our technology platforms and services.
12. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and mitigate risks.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 18 years of Experience.
2. Expertise in driving technology strategy, vision, and execution to support the company's growth and product excellence.
3. Capable of leading and inspiring engineering teams, driving innovation, and ensuring the successful delivery of our products to market.
