Ideal for candidates with 6–12 years of experience in school operations, including 5+ years in academic leadership roles. Strong understanding of CBSE/ICSE frameworks, effective communication, leadership skills, and willingness to travel are essential.

Responsibilities -

1. Implementing academic and operational strategies across assigned K–12 schools to ensure consistent quality and achievement of organizational goals.
2. Monitoring overall school performance through regular reviews, audits, and reporting to academic leadership teams.
3. Coordinating closely with Business Partners and school leadership to ensure alignment, compliance, and smooth execution of initiatives.
4. Supporting and guiding schools in using data-driven interventions to improve teaching practices and student learning outcomes.
5. Conducting regular school visits, academic reviews, training sessions, and providing strategic feedback for continuous improvement.

Requirements -

1. 6–12 years of experience in the K–12 education sector with at least 5 years in academic leadership roles.
2. Strong knowledge of school operations, academic planning, and CBSE/ICSE frameworks.
3. Proven leadership, coordination, and team management abilities.
4. Excellent communication, reporting, and presentation skills.
5. Willingness to travel regularly for school visits, audits, and academic support.
