Sr. Consultant opportunity with India's leading research, analytics and credit rating firm that is looking for a professional with2-5 Years of experience in consulting and transaction advisory in consumer sector (Textile, Retail, Healthcare, FMCG, FMCD etc.) OR Mining OR Oil & Gas related assignments. Hand on working experience required in Infrastructure Advisory in Consumer Sector (including industries especially Textile, Retail, Healthcare, FMCG, FMCD etc) OR Mining OR Oil & Gas for Policy and Regulatory Scenario/ Financial Modelling/ Financial Appraisals/ Pre-Feasibility Analysis/ Transaction Advisory/ Bid Advisory Strategic Planning/ Business Planning/ Benchmarking /Vision setting.

Responsibilities:
- Evaluating sector level trends and performance as well as understanding of inter-linkages with the macro economy
- Undertaking Market/ Demand Assessment studies
- Working on industry reports and strategy and consulting related assignment for consumer-Retail, Textile, FMCG,FMCD, healthcare OR Mining OR Oil & Gas and allied sectors
- Undertaking Financial Feasibility Assessment – Built Financial Model, Projected Key Financial Statements, Assessed Financial Viability and Bankability of the project using key financial indicators like Project IRR, Equity IRR, NPV, DSCR, ICR etc.
- Interacting with industry participants directly in order to gathering information about the sector and market.. Connect with market participants, as required, for obtaining critical information
- Ability to predict sector developments and foresee changes /issues impacting the industry
- Flair to get market intelligence and skill to sense business and commercial insights
- Managing internal and external expectations and deliver on business execution, quality of deliverables, timely deliverable execution and market impact
- Ability to execute and project manage assignments encompassing:
- Market assessment and opportunity identification
- Business/geographical expansion
- Commercial due diligence
- Business plan feasibility and inputs for the same
- Competition assessment
- Author and publish articles to showcase thought-leadership and build franchise for the business
- Deliver presentations to clients and internal committees
- Participate in seminars/conferences etc. to showcase work and reach out to potential clients
Requirements: -
- A Professional with MBA from premier institute (Tier I and II preferred), or a Chartered Accountant.CA with 2-5 Years of experience in consulting and transaction advisory in consumer sector/ OR Mining OR Oil & Gas /(Open for candidates having experience in other sectors- FMCG, FMCD, Textile, Healthcare, etc OR Mining OR Oil & Gas
- Comfortable in working as hands on Financial modeling, Bid Advisory
- Excellent Analytical and communication skills, Presentation skills and Report Writing Skills
