Requirements:
Carry out fundamental credit analysis of high yield (HY) or Investment Grade (IG) companies. Prepare/ update credit models including peer analysis, relative value analysis and calculations of key credit quality determinants.
Financial Models from scratch development.
Identify bonds and communicate the buy/sell/hold investment idea to the client.
Working on M&A and refinancing deals.
Regular surveillance of assigned portfolio by proactively tracking the company events (including quarterly earnings), peer group and other industry information sources.
Background in conducting credit analysis of corporates. Exposure to Utility, Healthcare or Chemical sector will be an added advantage.
Strong knowledge of fundamental credit analysis with an ability to identify bonds and recommend buy/sell/hold idea
