Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Analytics, and Business Development to shape and define the roadmap for data-driven products.
• Take ownership of the complete product lifecycle – from ideation and development to deployment and improvements.
• Prioritize product features and align them with business objectives, user needs, and technical feasibility.
• Partner with Business Analysts to translate data requirements into actionable development plans.
• Analyze large datasets to discover opportunities, risks, and insights for improving products and driving innovations.
• Elevate product awareness and adoption through effective communication, stakeholder engagement, and training.
• Maintain clear documentation of requirements, workflows, and deliverables during the product lifecycle.
• Promote and integrate data science methodologies into product development and decision-making processes.
• Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and governance protocols across all data-driven products.

Requirements

• 5 to 9 years of proven experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, or similar roles with a strong emphasis on data.
• Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Desired Skills and Expertise:
  • Excellent analytical capabilities with hands-on proficiency in handling large datasets.
  • Expertise in tools like SQL, Python, BI Tools, and data visualization software.
  • Experience working closely with software engineering and business teams.
  • Sound knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A clear understanding of product lifecycle processes with a passion for data-enabled innovation.
• Exposure to diverse and inclusive work cultures is an added advantage.
