Data Scientist - GenAI / Machine Learning- 5+yrs- PAN INDIA

Location: Gurgaon/ Noida/ Bangalore/ Pune

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist with strong GenAI and Machine Learning expertise to design, build, and deploy advanced analytics and AI solutions. This role requires hands-on experience across the full data science lifecycle—from problem formulation and data exploration to model development, deployment, and stakeholder impact. The ideal candidate will have experience working with large-scale data, modern ML frameworks, and Generative AI / LLM-based solutions in production environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and advanced analytics solutions for real-world business problems, including classification, prediction, anomaly detection, and optimization
• Build and operationalize Generative AI and LLM-based solutions (e.g., RAG, agents, summarization, Q&A systems) using modern frameworks
• Perform data extraction, transformation, and analysis using Python, SQL, and PySpark on large and complex datasets
• Conduct EDA, feature engineering, and model evaluation to ensure robustness, scalability, and business relevance
• Develop and fine-tune ML, NLP, and deep learning models, leveraging libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face
• Collaborate closely with data engineers and platform teams to integrate models into production pipelines
• Work with cloud-based environments (AWS / Azure / GCP) for scalable model training and deployment
• Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable insights for business and technical stakeholders
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to best practices in data science and AI delivery

Required Skills & Experience

Core Technical Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in Data Science and Machine Learning
• Proficiency in Python and SQL; experience with PySpark for big data processing
• Experience building and deploying ML and NLP models
• Hands-on exposure to Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, and agent-based systems
• Experience with model deployment, APIs, and production ML workflows
• Solid understanding of statistics, experimentation, and model performance metrics

Tools & Technologies

• ML / DL: scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch
• GenAI / LLM: OpenAI, LangChain, LangGraph, Hugging Face (or similar)
• Big Data: Spark / PySpark
• Cloud: AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Version Control & DevOps: Git, CI/CD for ML

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
• 5–15 years of hands-on experience as a Data Scientist, ML Engineer, or AI Engineer
• Proven experience delivering production-grade ML / AI solutions

Nice to Have

• Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, model monitoring)
• Domain exposure to Insurance, Healthcare, BFSI, or Analytics consulting
• Experience working in a client-facing or consulting environment
• Exposure to time-series forecasting, recommendation systems, or graph-based models
