Key Responsibilities –

•            Extract and analyze complex data sets to generate actionable insights for business decision-making.

•            Build, validate, and monitor quantitative models, ensuring they remain effective and relevant.

•            Conduct sensitivity analysis and scenario planning to support strategic choices.

•            Implement and oversee data quality control procedures to maintain accuracy and reliability.

•            Provide specialist advice and recommendations to stakeholders, aligning outputs with organizational needs.

• Deliver high-quality, timely work that impacts both individual and team performance.
• Take ownership of processes, risk management, and compliance with regulations and codes of conduct.
• Collaborate across teams, checking and guiding colleagues’ work to meet stakeholder requirements.
• Depending on role scope, either manage personal workload as an individual contributor or lead a team by allocating tasks, developing talent, and demonstrating strong leadership behaviors.

Requirements –

• Combine business knowledge, market research, and analytics to shape strategic decisions and outcomes.
• Identify and analyze value drivers across products and services, connecting customer, operational, and financial levers.
• Apply structured problem-solving frameworks (MECE, hypothesis-driven approaches, 5 WHYs, 80/20, decision trees) to simplify complex challenges.
• Use tools such as Python, SQL, Excel, and Tableau to convert raw data into actionable insights and measurable business impact.
• Deliver compelling, data-backed narratives and executive presentations while coordinating cross-functional teams and tracking realized benefits
