Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret large datasets to drive informed decision-making across business functions.
• Create dashboards, insights, and visualizations using Tableau.
• Develop advanced SQL queries for data extraction and analysis.
• Use Alteryx to automate workflows and simplify analytics processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve analytical challenges.
• Build predictive and prescriptive models to guide organizational strategy.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency in data while maintaining compliance with policies.
• Share expertise on analytics tools and contribute to upskilling team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or similar fields.
• A minimum of 5 years' experience in analytics with hands-on expertise in Tableau, SQL, and Alteryx.
• Proven skills in data visualization, dashboard creation, and advanced SQL queries.
• Demonstrated ability to automate workflows using Alteryx efficiently.
• Proficiency in statistical concepts with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication abilities to present technical insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• A passion for learning, development, and fostering diversity and inclusion.
• Advantage: Knowledge of Python or R.
