Manager-HR Analytics-10+ years- Gurugram

Are you passionate about transforming HR through data and analytics? We are looking for a strategic and analytically driven Manager – Human Resources (HR Analytics) to lead people insights, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to influence senior leadership decisions by translating complex workforce data into meaningful business actions within a fast-growing, global organization.

Location- Gurugram (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead the HR analytics strategy and convert business challenges into actionable insights
  2.  Analyze workforce trends across retention, engagement, performance, and hiring metrics
  3. Build dashboards, reports, and predictive models for leadership decision-making
  4. Drive HR metrics governance, data accuracy, and workforce forecasting initiatives
  5. Partner with HR, business leaders, and IT to solve organizational challenges
  6. Ensure data privacy, compliance, and adoption of analytics tools & platforms

Requirements

  1. 10–15 years of experience in HR Analytics / Workforce Planning / People Analytics
  2. Strong expertise in Advanced Excel, SQL, Power BI / Tableau
  3. Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms (Workday / SAP / Oracle etc.)
  4. Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving capabilities
  5. Ability to translate data into business recommendations
  6.  MBA / Master’s degree preferred
