Delivery Lead – P&C Insurance Claims Operations (15+ Years) Bangalore
We are actively seeking a dynamic professional to take on the role of US/UKP&C Insurance Claim Operations at one of the largest Property & Casualty insurers in the United States. In this pivotal position, you will be at the forefront of managing claims delivery and driving transformation initiatives to enhance operational profitability.

Responsibilities:
Exceed SLAs across diverse regions – UK, EMEA, US, Canada, ensuring top-notch delivery.
Lead the enhancement of an established Claims setup of 250+, expanding the site into a pivotal hub for claims in India.
Champion claims transformation initiatives to achieve a 25% increase in efficiency through collaboration with business transformation teams.
Oversee end-to-end claims delivery from India, emphasizing operational profitability, and foster talent development in claims adjusting, extending beyond mere operations.
Elevate the claims capability in adjusting for the UK and EMEA markets. Effectively manage and cultivate claims talent, enhancing skills throughout the value chain and minimizing attrition.
Strategically develop claims capabilities in adjusting for the UK and EMEA markets, emphasizing talent management.
Requirements:
15+ years of experience in running P&C Insurance Delivery operations.
Property and Casualty Insurance experience is Mandatory
Must have experience in Claims Adjudications and Claims support (first notice of loss, payments, adjusting support etc.)
Market: Experienced in UK/ Lloyd’s/Europe, and US/Canada Claims markets
Talent management - Direct team handling of approx..250+ Claims delivery, P&L
Must have UK Claims experience.
