SCM Delivery Manager opportunity for well-polished and result-driven professional in core Service delivery, Procurement and Supply Chain domain. You Should have experience in Front ending the client and manage the service delivery, process improvement, operations excellence, Managing KPI/SLA in SCM & Procurement domain. You will be responsible for handling foreign clients and suppliers.

Responsibilities:
Leading and managing 50+ associates in Procurement and Supply Chain domain.
Managing Global/ foreign clients and suppliers.
Front ending the client and manage the service delivery
Driving process improvement, operations excellence /transformation opportunities while achieving the agreed SLA/KPI.
Leading the governance calls
Coaching and driving the team towards achieving the process/organization goals.
Requirements:
Must have 10 plus years of experience in Procurement and Supply Chain domain
Currently in Team management role with a span of 30+ associates
Experience in driving transformation projects
Flexible to work in shifts
Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and to manage client relationships.
