Deputy Manager - Financial Reporting - CA Qualified - 2-6 Years - Gurgaon
We're looking for a Deputy Manager, preferably a Chartered Accountant, with more than a year of experience in GAAP, IND AS, and proficient knowledge of accounting standards, coupled with a strong grasp of SEBI and IRDAI regulations.
Location- Gurgaon
Responsibilities:
1. Drafting and presenting audited financial statements, along with accompanying annexures and pertinent schedules.
2. Guaranteeing punctual delivery of Audit committee/Board requirements, overseeing the endorsement of policies sanctioned by the Audit Committee/Board, and finalizing Action Taken Reports (ATRs).
3. Assisting in both Statutory and Internal audits.
4. Ensuring adherence to Accounting Standards, the Companies Act 2013, and IRDAI regulations.
5. Assessing system needs, appraising new requisites, and furnishing Change Requests (CRs) to the IT department, coordinating with IT for issue resolution and delivery.
Requirements:
- Chartered Accountant
- Minimum 2-6years of relevant experience post qualification
- Financial Reporting experience of Insurance
- Good knowledge of GAAP, IND AS, Accounting practices and standards, SEBI and IRDAI regulations
