Senior Manager - SEO & Organic Growth (ORM, AIO) - Fintech - 8+ Years - Mohali

We’re hiring for Senior Manager – Organic Growth (SEO, ORM & AIO) role with a fast-growing fintech / prop-trading organization, owning end-to-end organic visibility, brand reputation, and AI search presence in a high-impact, high-scrutiny category.

Location- Mohali, Punjab (5 Days WFO)

Responsibilities:

1. Own and drive end-to-end SEO strategy (technical, on-page, content, off-page) to deliver high-intent organic traffic and measurable revenue impact.
2. Manage global ORM across platforms such as Trustpilot, Reddit, Quora, YouTube, X, and industry forums, including review velocity and sentiment control.
3. Lead AI Search Optimization (AIO) by ensuring accurate and favorable brand visibility across ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and Copilot.
4. Control brand, review, and competitor SERPs through multi-asset ranking and reputation defense strategies.
5. Manage and align multiple SEO, ORM, backlink, and content agencies with defined KPIs, KRAs, and reporting structures.
6. Build advanced dashboards and CEO-level reports for organic growth, brand sentiment, AI accuracy, and crisis readiness.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 8+ years of hands-on experience in SEO and Online Reputation Management.
2. Prior exposure to international SEO, fintech, prop trading, forex, crypto, or brand recovery is a plus.
3. Proven exposure to high-risk, regulated, or high-scrutiny industries.
4. Strong understanding of Google algorithms, E-E-A-T, and brand trust signals.
5. Experience managing multiple agencies while retaining in-house strategy ownership.
6. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
