Deputy Manager- Training-Gurgaon (5+ years’ experience)
Opportunity for candidates with 5+ years of experience in Training domain.
Candidate must have knowledge of Outbound Sales, Digital Marketing, Google Ads.
Location: Gurgaon
Shift Timings: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM

Responsibilities:
Ensuring that all the trainings are conducted as per the plan.
Supporting trainers in conducting the training.
Preparing and maintaining various process/training related documents in English.
Maintaining the database for all the trainings conducted over the last 2-3 years.
Providing relevant data, adhering to the requirements of supervisors.
Creating contents of the process as per the training and process requirements.
Requirements:
Candidate must have 5+ years of experience in Training domain.
Experience of related vertical is preferred (Digital Marketing, Outbound sales, Google Ads).
