Deputy Manager-Training (General Ledger) -Pune (8+ year experience)

A wonderful opportunity for working professionals with at least 8 years of experience in End to End GL Process.

Candidate must have experience in training/team handling and worked on SAPERP.

Location- Pune

Responsibilities:

  1. Managing end to end training for the aligned Finance and Accounting processes including new hire training, BAU interventions, for a span of 400 FTEs across 2-3 accounts

  2. Managing multiple stakeholders.

  3. Creating and maintaining detailed training MI and documentation

  4. Managing a team of core trainers

Requirements:

  1. Candidate must be a B. Com Graduate

  2. Candidate must have exposure to the BPO/BPM industry.

  3. Candidate must have minimum 8-10 years of work experience in R2R process and good domain knowledge in finance and accounting.

  4. Candidate must be proficient in end to end GL accounting process.

  5. Candidate with Finance and Accounting Certification will be preferred.

  6. Candidate must have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).

  7. Candidate must have strong background in training or team handling.

  8. Candidate must have worked on SAP ERP.
