Summary –
A key opportunity for a Digital Content Production specialist to create, manage, and optimise digital content across web platforms. The role requires strong AEM expertise, CMS proficiency, and the ability to deliver user-centric content aligned with brand and business objectives. Ideal for professionals skilled in content operations, UX alignment, and end-to-end content lifecycle management.

Location – Noida / Gurgaon | Work From Office (as per company policy)
Interview Rounds – 2–3 (Final Round Face-to-Face/Virtual)

Your Future Role –
A content-driven position responsible for delivering high-quality digital experiences through structured content, cross-functional collaboration, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities –

  • Develop, publish, and manage structured content using AEM and CMS platforms.

  • Collaborate with Product, Design, Sales, and Development teams for seamless execution.

  • Manage end-to-end content lifecycle, including creation, QA, updates, and optimization.

  • Ensure content aligns with UX principles, brand guidelines, and customer journey standards.

  • Support content operations, workflows, migrations, and performance review activities.

Requirements –

  • Strong hands-on experience with AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) and CMS platforms.

  • Knowledge of UX writing, content design, and customer-centric content practices.

  • Experience with Workfront, Adobe Assets, JIRA, and Confluence.

  • Excellent attention to detail with strong QA and content governance mindset.

  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and content performance metrics.

Preferred Skills –

  • Experience in product UX content development.

  • Familiarity with omnichannel content strategy.

  • Strong communication, teamwork, and stakeholder management abilities.
