We are looking for an Inside Sales professional with a robust background with a passion for generating leads and nurturing client relationships in driving sales success, and leading high-performing teams. The ideal candidate will have experience managing a team of at least 20-30 people and possess strong leadership capabilities. You should be strategic, results-oriented, and able to develop and implement sales strategies that drive digital B2B transformation.

Location: Bengaluru(Night Shift: 3 PM - 4:30 AM)

Responsibilities:

  1. Nurturing Client Relationships and generating new leads.
  2. Identify and assess complex problems within your area of responsibility.
  3. Develop solutions based on in-depth evaluations of variable factors.
  4. Adhere to strategic direction while setting near-term goals.
  5. Interact with senior management to address and resolve key issues.
  6. Independently determine methods and procedures for new assignments.
  7. Manage large to medium-sized teams or work efforts within the organization.
  8. Maintain flexibility in decision-making with a focus on achieving results.
  9. Provide support for lead generation, customer surveys, and product awareness.
  10. Work in rotational shifts as needed.

Requirements:

  1. 13-18 years of experience in Inside Sales or Digital Sales.
  2. Possess strong leadership capabilities.
  3. Proven ability to establish strong client relationships.
  4. Adaptable and results-oriented.
  5. Any Graduation qualification.
  6. Advanced proficiency in English.
