Here is an exciting opportunity for the position of Digital Marketing Manager with at least 8 years of experience and will be to support in onboarding milestones and day-to-day management of the GCoE Digital Marketing Team, which supports Digital Experience capabilities.
Location :- Bangalore/Pune (Hybrid)

Job Responsibilities:
Day-to-day management and oversight of Digital Marketing resources, maintains work schedules and oversight of time off requests, staffing conflicts and resourcing along with direct support of management.
Actively participates in individual team members’ performance reviews, providing regular feedback regarding misses/errors and additional training needs to leadership, contributing to the identification of growth and skill development opportunities to ensure constant improvement and utilization of the GCoE Digital Marketing Team.
Coordinates with GCoE Digital Marketing Team resources to ensure work is completed accurately and in accordance with standard practices / guidelines and defined service level agreements.
Ensures the entire GCoE Digital Marketing Team is working together as a cohesive unit in support of the global Digital Team’s exemplary work, goals and values.
Maintains a current understanding of each Digital Team’s capabilities, processes, workflows, SLAs and brands guidelines and business divisions to ensure accurate oversight and output of deliverables.
Requirements:
MBA or equivalent in Marketing
8+ years’ experience in digital marketing, with at least 4 years of demonstrated team management experience, including depth of knowledge in Marketing Automation, Web, Social Media and Digital Experience areas.
Understanding and experience with digital marketing tools, inclusive of content management systems, Automation/CRM (Salesforce), web analytics, and social media systems.
