Responsibilities:
Responsible for designing and implementing Risk Management Frameworks in terms of:
Gap Assessment and Roadmap development
Risk Appetite Frameworks/ Statements
Risk Governance
Coordination of Risk Assessment campaigns
Quantitative Risk Analysis
Strategic Plan Risk Analysis
Development of Key Risk Indicators
Risk Culture Enhancement
Risk Reporting
Ad-hoc initiatives (i.e., Operational and Insurable Risk Assessments)
Helping in building the ERS value proposition by consistently innovating and enhancing the existing solution
Conducting periodic Risk Assessment from risk identification to risk mitigation and reviewing the identified risk to guide the client to treat the risk through cost effective controls
Developing and implementing tailored concepts to recognise, measure and control risk
Developing and leading ad-hoc projects optimize clients’ internal controls and risk management systems
Conducting extensive research to enhance and improve the value proposition of the current solution
Communicating the solution’s parameters, assumptions and its inner workings to audiences
Building, managing and training a team of world class Enterprise Risk professionals
Building a sound project management system in place
Requirements:
Graduate Degree in Economics / Business / Finance / Statistics / Econometrics etc or Engineering, MBA from a reputed university or college is a plus
10+ years of experience on consulting projects specially in the domain of ERM
Extensive understanding in ISO 31000 and COSO ERM Framework Standards
Extensive experience on working with Risk Frameworks
Open for frequent business travel which may last 3-4 weeks depending on the project requirements within the Middle East region including but not limited to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Oman etc.
