Join our dynamic team as a Key Account Director, where you will manage and grow relationships with major clients, driving sales and maximizing profitability through strategic account management.

  1. Developing and nurturing strong relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations.

  2. Serving as the primary point of contact between our company and assigned clients.

  3. Identifying and pursuing opportunities to expand business with the client.

  4. Collaborating with internal teams to develop customized solutions for client needs.

  5. Implementing strategic account plans to drive growth and achieve revenue targets.

  6. Resolving client issues promptly and gather feedback to improve satisfaction levels.


  1. Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  2. 6 to 8 years of proven experience in key account management.

  3. Proven ability to manage CXO-level relationships.

  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  5. Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective account plans.
