Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver regular as well as ad-hoc business reports for Consumer Healthcare brands and categories.
- Design and build advanced dashboards and reports using Excel, Power Pivot, Power Query, DAX, and Power BI.
- Drive continuous automation and process improvement initiatives.
- Integrate and manage complex data sets from multiple sources.
- Ensure data management and hierarchy maintenance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide impactful reporting solutions.
Requirements
- Strong experience in Consumer Analytics across CPG, Retail, or FMCG domains.
- Expertise in reporting, large data set handling, and solution development.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Power Pivot (DAX).
- Knowledge of relevant programming languages for data handling and automation.
- Experience in report building and dashboard creation in Power BI, including data integration and transformation.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Passion for automation, continuous improvement, and process efficiency.
