Responsibilities:

  1. Define BI vision & roadmap and champion data culture.
  2. Lead MIS reporting for distribution teams & CXO dashboards.
  3. Drive automation, real-time reporting, & digital insights.
  4. Build data products & collaborate on data infrastructure.
  5. Coach & develop a 10+ member BI team including partners.

Requirements:

  1. 7–8+ years in business reporting / MIS / BI.
  2. Hands-on Python, Power BI, SQL & BI tools (SSRS, SAP BO).
  3. Experience in automation & reporting standardization.
  4. Strong stakeholder & leadership interaction skills.
  5. Domain understanding of BFSI preferred; PG degree required (MBA/M.Tech/M.Sc).
