Summary:

As a PR Specialist / Executive, you will play a key role in shaping and executing the organization’s external communications and public relations strategy. This position focuses on strengthening brand visibility, credibility, and reputation across markets through effective media relations, content creation, and stakeholder collaboration. The role requires hands-on PR execution, strategic thinking, and strong media relationships across India and international markets.

Responsibilities:

• PR Strategy & Execution: Contribute to PR and communication strategies and execute initiatives end-to-end to enhance brand reputation.
• Brand Messaging: Ensure consistent brand messaging across all media channels and stakeholder touchpoints.
• Media Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with media across print, digital, and broadcast platforms in India and other countries.
• PR Opportunities: Drive high-impact PR opportunities that improve brand image, visibility, and credibility across target markets.
• Content Development: Write, review, and manage press releases, thought-leadership articles, FAQs, and other communication materials.
• Calendar Management: Create and manage monthly and annual PR calendars to ensure consistent brand visibility.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and branding teams to ensure alignment across campaigns and initiatives.
• Agency Management: Manage PR agency deliverables to strengthen brand influence and media presence.
• Measurement & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of PR activities and outcomes against defined KPIs.
• Crisis Communication: Deploy and monitor crisis communication strategies in coordination with legal teams and brand custodians.
• Content Repository: Maintain an organized repository of PR and communication assets for easy access and reuse.

Requirements:

• 5–7 years of proven experience in public relations, communications, or media relations.
• Strong network of media contacts across print, digital, and broadcast platforms.
• Demonstrated expertise in crisis communication and brand reputation management.
• Experience in social media amplification of PR coverage.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage PR agencies, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with a KPI-driven approach.
