An exciting job opportunity as a Domain Leader with a multi-national firm in the business of consulting, technology applications, content management and strategic investments
Requirement:
Minimum 18 years of experience working in financial services in the domains of and/or insurance, banking, capital markets
Should have a master’s degree (M.Com) or MBA- Finance or professional qualification such as CA
Excellent communication skills to negotiate internally and externally, often at a senior level.
Provide industry insights and market practices in designing solutions to meet regulatory requirements in line with existing business processes and systems
Full management responsibility of a team or multiple teams, including management of people, planning, process advisory and project budgets
Guide team in development of actionable solutions and creation of deliverables that effectively communicate the findings and recommendations
Prior experience in accounting and finance, risk management and related departments is preferred
Previous experience in managing or participating in large scale system implementations is preferred
Skill sets:
Good communication (Verbal and written)
Articulation of findings
Stake holder management
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards
Knowledge of IA standards, ERM standards
