We are currently seeking a seasoned Engineering Leader to join our team, responsible for overseeing the development and growth of  SaaS product offerings

Requirement:

  • 5+ years of experience directly managing teams of Software Engineers.
  • 8= years of hands-on software development experience.
  • Deep experience in building enterprise software solutions.
  • hands-on software development experience cross-functional, projects and bringing in and growing engineering talent.
  • proficiency in languages such as PHP, NodeJS, Java, Golang, Scala.B
  • Proficient in a range of database technologies, including relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL), NoSQL (Cassandra, MongoDB), and messaging queues (Kafka)

 

Responsibilities:

  • Own the engineering function for clients SAAS product suite.
  • Oversee all software development activity - manage tasks, milestones, and dependencies
  • across multiple concurrent projects.
  • Lead a team of Engineering Managers & Principal Engineers.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Product Mgmt, Business, Sales etc) to improve
  • product capabilities and services.
