Title of job – Manager – Implementation & Managed Services-8+ years-Gurugram

Summary –
We are seeking an experienced Manager to lead end-to-end client implementations and managed services projects. You will own the full lifecycle from contract sign-off to go-live, ensuring smooth onboarding, configuration, and transition to steady-state operations while maintaining compliance and governance standards.

Responsibilities –

1. Lead end-to-end client implementation from contract sign-off to go-live, owning planning, timelines, and governance.
2. Act as the primary SPOC for clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring requirements are translated into system configurations and service models.
3. Coordinate with Product, Technology, Operations, Compliance, and Managed Services teams to deliver seamless implementations.
4. Drive UAT, pilot runs, production deployment, and ensure smooth handover to BAU teams with SOPs, runbooks, and escalation matrices.
5. Manage client expectations, risks, issues, and escalations, ensuring all implementations adhere to regulatory and internal governance standards.

Requirements –

1. Graduate or Postgraduate in Business, Finance, Law, Risk, Technology, or related fields.
2. 8–12 years of experience in implementation, client delivery, managed services, operations, or consulting.
3. Prior experience in client-facing roles with end-to-end delivery ownership.
4. Familiarity with technology-enabled platforms, workflows, or case management systems; exposure to fintech, Regtech, payments, or banking is a plus.
5. Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; good understanding of KYC, AML, compliance, and regulatory-driven products preferred.
