Customer Lead-Finance & Accounts (14-19 Years)-Mumbai

Location: Mumbai

Responsibilities:

 

  1. Experience in Client Relationship Management – engaging with CFOs, key client stakeholders, understanding their requirements and Outsourcer’s ability to meet them

  1. Experience of leading large teams located across multiple cities in India and across the world. Demonstrated skills of managing span in excess of 100 + FTEs

  1. Experience of Driving Digital Transformation across a portfolio of accounts

  1. Experience of working in large organizations have matrixed structure

  1. Demonstrates a breadth and depth of operational service delivery management expertise, preferably in an international environment

  1. Experience in managing/supporting transitions of complex F&A projects

 

 

Requirements:

 

  1. Extensive experience in FAO domain

  1. Proven track record of delivering results and has experience of working within a service delivery environment

  1. Agility to handle a number of tasks simultaneously and to prioritize effectively

  1. Global outlook and exposure to different challenges, cultures and Agile way of working

  2. Experience in digital technologies and working knowledge of using Power Bi for analysis

  3. Exposure to analytical tools

  4. Excellent knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint, Power BI
