Job Responsibilities:
- Translating functional specifications into technical requirements.
- Understanding current situations and problem statements thoroughly.
- Performing data extraction and manipulating with precision.
- Conducting in-depth data analysis to identify major trends.
- Developing analytical solutions and models using tools like SAS/R.
- Driving process automation to enhance efficiency.
Requirements:
- 9+ years of experience in analytics.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong team, client, and conflict management abilities.
- Proficiency in SAS/R for model development.
- Expertise in data analysis and manipulation.
- Ability to lead multiple teams independently and deliver client-ready solutions.
- Proficient in data management , SQL, and Tableau.
