Location: Bangalore, Hybrid, GMT Shift(3 PM -11:45 PM)
Your future employer: A global MNC in insurance broking and risk consulting firm with operations in more than 11 countries all over the world.
Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations of the Global Content team, including scheduling, conflict resolution, and performance monitoring.
Mentor and develop Content Specialists and Deputy Editors to enhance their skills and performance.
Participate in content production when necessary, ensuring adherence to guidelines and service level agreements.
Collaborate with leadership to assess team performance, identify growth opportunities, and maintain cohesive teamwork.
Requirements:
Master’s Degree or equivalent industry experience.
8+ years of editorial team management, with proven writing experience.
Professional fluency in English, exceptional communication, and presentation skills.
Empathetic leader, skilled mentor, with project management understanding.
