Group Manager - Strategic Sourcing & Category Management (Marketing) - 4+ Years - Pune
We are looking for a seasoned professional in Strategic Sourcing and Category Management with expertise in Marketing procurement. This role involves leading sourcing strategy, managing supplier relationships, and driving cost-saving initiatives while ensuring quality service delivery for a global client.

Responsibilities:
- Developing medium to long-term strategies for various Marketing sub-categories.
- Executing end-to-end sourcing strategies, including RFI’s/RFP’s processes and bid evaluations.
- Leading commercial negotiations and contract drafting.
- Managing supplier relationships, performance, and risk.
- Acting as a key escalation point and support stakeholder engagement across levels and geographies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years in procurement, sourcing, or contracts.
- Strong knowledge of Marketing sub-categories including (including agency negotiations, media planning, advertising, point-of-sale materials, displays)
- Proven experience in strategic sourcing methodologies.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
