Responsibilities

• Design, customize, and implement Guidewire solutions including PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter modules.
• Translate business requirements into actionable technical specifications in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop efficient workflows, rules, and configurations within the Guidewire ecosystem.
• Propose solutions for product enhancements and optimizations.
• Ensure seamless integration of Guidewire solutions with third-party applications and analytics tools.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues to maintain seamless system operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as QA, DevOps, and Business Analysts to deliver integrated solutions.
• Stay abreast of Guidewire technology trends, ensuring innovative and cutting-edge developments.
• Provide mentoring and guidance to junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5 to 11 years of experience in Guidewire implementation and customization.
• Proficient in Guidewire tools – PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter modules.
• Strong skills in Java, GOSU scripting, and Web Services technologies (SOAP/REST).
• Expertise in data analytics, ranging from data extraction to analysis.
• Knowledge of Guidewire Digital Portals and external system integration is a plus.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and advanced collaboration tools.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a sharp attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork.
• Guidewire certification is a bonus but not mandatory.
