HR/Talent Analytics (Power BI & SQL)-Bangalore (3+ years)

Opportunity for candidates with 3+ years of expertise using Power BI, SQL, Advanced Excel and hands on experience working on HR Analytics/Talent Analytics/People Analytics projects.

Location- Bangalore

Work Mode- Hybrid

Shift-Rotational

Responsibilities:

· Strong MS Power BI, SQL, Advanced Excel.

· Good knowledge of ETL packages using Visual Studio or Informatica.

· Good experience in HR & Talent Data and Analytics domain

· Data analysis, Business analysis, Database management and reporting

· Review and validate customer data as it’s collected

· Cooperate with IT department to deploy software and hardware upgrades that make it possible to leverage big data use cases

· Monitor analytics and metrics results

Requirements:

1. B.Tech Graduate

2. 3+ years of experience in HR/Talent Analytics
