We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Influencer Marketing professional to plan, execute, and scale influencer-led campaigns across digital platforms. The role focuses on building strong creator partnerships, driving brand awareness, and supporting lead generation and employer branding initiatives through authentic influencer collaborations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand, marketing, and business objectives

• Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with influencers, creators, HR thought leaders, and industry experts

• Plan and execute influencer campaigns across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, X (Twitter), and emerging platforms

• Negotiate commercials, contracts, deliverables, timelines, and content usage rights with influencers

• Collaborate closely with content, performance marketing, PR, and brand teams to ensure integrated campaign execution

• Track and analyze campaign KPIs such as reach, engagement, CTR, leads, conversions, and ROI

• Manage influencer calendars, briefs, approvals, execution timelines, and post-campaign performance reports

• Ensure influencer content adheres to brand guidelines, legal norms, platform policies, and disclosure requirements

• Stay updated on influencer marketing trends, platform algorithms, compliance guidelines, and best practices

• Support employer branding, recruitment marketing, and B2B lead-generation initiatives through influencer collaborations

Requirements

• Graduate / Postgraduate with 4+ years of experience in Influencer Marketing or Digital Marketing

• Proven experience working with influencers, creators, and thought leaders (B2B or B2C)

• Strong understanding of social media platforms, influencer ecosystems, and content formats

• Exposure to performance marketing metrics and campaign optimization is highly preferred

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

• Analytical mindset with the ability to track performance and derive actionable insights
