One with dynamic and proactive individual to join our client’s team as a Knowledge Manager in Gurgaon location. As a Knowledge Manager, you will play a key role in co-creating and implementing the Practice Group's Knowledge Management strategy and initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and maintenance of strategic knowledge assets, fostering collaboration, and promoting a knowledge mindset within the organization.

Responsibilities:
Co-create Knowledge Management Strategy: Collaborate with stakeholders to co-create the development and implementation of the Practice Group's Knowledge Management strategy and initiatives.
Strategic Knowledge Assets: Proactively create, maintain, and own strategic knowledge assets for the Practice Group. This includes developing high-quality, client-focused documents, market information, and knowledge using internal knowledge management tools and platforms.
Promote Collaboration: Foster collaboration and a knowledge mindset across the Knowledge Managers community, Practice Groups, and offices. Shape and improve the Knowledge Management system to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Share Best-In-Class Insights: Share best-in-class insights, documents, client wins, and broader Practice Group-related information with stakeholders and beyond. Contribute to building a culture of knowledge-sharing and continuous improvement.
Standardized Approaches and Processes: Develop and continually improve standardized approaches and processes in collaboration with other Practice Groups. Contribute to the creation of superior client solutions through efficient and standardized knowledge management practices.
Knowledge Champion: Serve as the go-to knowledge champion in the Practice Group. Work as an integral part of client teams, connecting the dots and providing best-of-breed knowledge to enhance client deliverables.
Global Collaboration: Independently grow and deepen your knowledge, building a brand as a trusted partner to colleagues globally within the Practice Group and beyond.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
Proven experience in Knowledge Management, preferably in a professional services or legal environment.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Familiarity with knowledge management tools and platforms.
Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
