Responsibilities
- Lead the analysis and evaluation of business requirements for new system implementations and enhancements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective API integrations and data analytics solutions
- Utilize SQL and other relevant tools to extract and manipulate data for business insights
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies within the life insurance domain
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the life insurance sector
- Strong expertise in API integration and SQL for data analysis and reporting
- Proven track record of leading successful cross-functional projects and delivering breakthrough solutions
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
