- Administering employee benefits and providing monthly payroll inputs.
- Designing and developing compensation and benefits policies.

- Executing salary surveys, market benchmarking, and analysis reports.
Requirements –
- 5 to 8 years of experience in compensation and benefits management.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel and macros.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines in a team environment.
