Looking for professionals having experience 9 to 14 of Rewards & Compensation. You will be working extensively on Project Management, Delivery and Business Development in HR Consulting space.
Location – Bangalore, Delhi/NCR

Responsibilities:
Leading project delivery across consulting solutions such as rewards benchmarking and design related engagements
Managing growth and revenue generation through new & old clients
Developing strong working relationships with key people in the client organizations and advising them on Rewards and Benefits
Support project management aspects like project planning, tracking project progress, scheduling meetings, etc.
Providing ongoing support to clients in data interpretation and reviewing the survey data
Develop solutions based on client needs and prepare proposals and submissions based on client requests
Requirements:
MBA in Human Resources having experience of 9+ years
Should team handling experience and good understanding of Human Resources and C&B practices
Prior consulting experience will be preferred
