Role: Learning and Development Executive
Location: Pune

Responsibilities:
Individual will be a part of the L&D Team and will contribute in various L&D initiatives
Working with various internal and external stakeholder groups to plan, design, conduct technology trainings
Preparation of training content as desirable for instructor-led trainings
Consulting desired stakeholders for training needs, Blended learning solutions
Designing and executing Assessments as part of competency building
Drive Trainings across multiple mediums inclusive of Digital platform
Defining Reports based on requirements
What you need to have:
Experience in conducting technology trainings
such as Cloud technologies (Azure/AWS/GCP), J2JEE, BI tools
Minimum of 5 years of learning and development executive, Cloud certificate is preferred
Excellent written and Verbal communication
Experience in conducting various types of training - classroom, Virtual,Blended
