We are seeking a candidate with 8-12 years of experience in Legal Process Outsourcing (LPO), with strong expertise in legal processes, client governance, and project management. team management experience must have led a team of 50-100 employees. The candidate should have knowledge of personal injury, employment law, and lemon law. Experience in handling contracts across the US, UK, and Australia is essential.

Shift Timings- Rotational (Depending on project/clients)

Responsibilities:
- Managing a team of 50-100 employees .
- Leading team operations, including performance monitoring, reporting, and coordinating with stakeholders
- Ensuring the team is handling commercial and IT contracts effectively.
- Strong understanding and implementation of agreements related to personal injury, employment law, and lemon law.
- Providing client governance and project management support.
- Managing cross-regional operations (US, UK, AUS)
Requirements:
- 8-12 years of experience in the legal department of BPO/BPM/KPO/LPO.
- Graduate or postgraduate in LLB.
- Proven experience in managing large teams (50-100 employees) with at least 8-9 years in leadership roles.
- Knowledge of commercial and IT contracts
- Background verification will consider the last two companies.
