Manager - Quality -BPM (6+ years). A varied role for professionals having minimum 6 years of experience in Business process management and quality assurance. Knowledge of project management frameworks.

Responsibilities:
Coordinating identification, documentation, version control of all critical business processes for assigned functions.
Maintaining / updating of documented process maps for processes and procedures.
Ensuring key business metrics are put in place and get them included in functional dashboard to measure the process performance
Sensitize functions on the know-hows and importance of Business Process Management by designing need based BPM Training modules and deploying it organization wide
Project management of overall BPM
Requirements:
Graduate with 4 – 5 year
experience with at least 1 year in process documentation and process audits.
Hands on experience in stakeholder management .
Statistical Skills/Data affinity
Facilitation and interpersonal skills
Project management skills
Multi Tasking / Time Management
Change Management skills
Computer skills with MS office Suite
