Manager – Ethics Investigator- 12+ years
Looking for a working professional with more than 12+ years of relevant experience in POSH & Ethics Investigations process. The candidate with great exposure towards cases like: anti-sexual harassment (POSH), Governance and supported the Internal Committee in taking cognizance and investigating the complaints of sexual harassment at the workplace for group.

Responsible to address cases in timely manner, consistent with global governance expectations and should have worked closely with HR, Senior Leadership and Legal to drive the process and ensure timely conclusion of cases.
Responsible for understanding and identifying the root cause for non-compliance and agreeing on and formulating remedial action to reduce risks and financial exposure.
Preparing reports with respect to reviewing findings, the levels of compliance and opportunities for further improvement.
Responsible for working closely with compliance teams for managing Whistle Blower cases Conducted Ethics and Business Integrity evaluations.
One should hold experience in leading investigations include digital forensic reviews, open source profiling and integrity due diligence.
Responsible for conducting multiple technology assisted digital forensic reviews including gathering evidence from emails and user files by use of key words, timelines, people relationships and meta tags.
12+ years of relevant experience in POSH & Ethics Investigations process
Excellent business partnering skills, ability to persuade and influence business leaders.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
Excellent Communication & Relationship Building skills
