Responsibilities - 

1. Leading the budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
2. Providing insightful financial analysis and reports to steer strategic decision-making.
3. Developing performance metrics and performing profitability analysis of products/services.
4. Assisting in capital allocation and liquidity planning, ensuring resource optimization.
5. Partnering across departments for the creation and implementation of financial strategies.
6. Enhancing financial processes and implementing innovative tools for efficiency.

Requirements - 

1. Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis within Financial Services.
2. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in financial modeling and Excel.
3. Strong business acumen and an ability to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.
4. Data-driven mindset with a meticulous attention to detail.
5. Exposure or experience working in a banking/financial services environment is highly desirable.
6. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic setting.
