We are hiring an experienced HR Program Manager to lead enterprise-wide HR initiatives focused on policy governance, process excellence, and change management. This role will drive high-impact, cross-functional programs that enhance organizational effectiveness, employee experience, and compliance.The ideal candidate blends strategic thinking with operational rigor and has a proven track record of influencing stakeholders across HR, Legal, Finance, Business Operations, and senior People Leaders.

Responsibilities

1. Own the end-to-end HR policy lifecycle, maintain audit-ready repositories, benchmark against market and India regulations, and partner with Legal/Compliance/DEI to ensure alignment and usability.
2. Map and standardize HR processes (SOPs, RACI, swimlanes) across the employee lifecycle, define documentation standards, and drive continuous improvement using data insights.
3. Lead change strategies for HR initiatives through stakeholder engagement, communication, training, adoption tracking, and leadership coaching.
4. Manage multi-quarter HR programs, run cross-functional governance forums, influence senior stakeholders, and deliver executive-ready insights and recommendations.
5. Define KPIs and dashboards, ensure audit and compliance readiness, and partner with InfoSec/Data Privacy teams for secure and lawful employee data management.

Requirements

1. 7–12 years of experience in HR Program Management, HR Operations, or HR Transformation.
2. Strong exposure to HR policy development, process governance, and change management.
3. Expertise in process documentation (SOPs, RACI, BPMN/swimlanes).
4. Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
5. Hands-on experience with program and collaboration tools (MS Project/Planner, SharePoint, Confluence, PowerPoint, Excel/Power BI).
6. Solid understanding of Indian HR compliance (PoSH, Shops & Establishments, PF/ESIC, Gratuity, Bonus, Maternity, etc.).
