Location: Gurgaon/ Mumbai/ Bangalore


This is an exciting opportunity to join HR Strategy and Transformation to assist clients in optimizing their HR and Talent investments using a distributed delivery model that can be deployed globally - onsite, near shore and offshore. If you have experience working with global clients on transformative HR strategies, this role is tailored for you.

  1. Leading practice growth by implementing effective strategies, achieving productivity and utilization targets, expanding geographic reach, and managing headcount growth.

  2. Fostering team morale and ensuring high-quality delivery as integral components of practice leadership.

  3. Collaborating with a global sales team to identify and secure potential opportunities.

  4. Acting as a counsellor and coach, offering input and guidance in the firm's staffing process and actively engaging in staff recruitment and retention efforts.

  5. In charge of developing assets and methodologies, shaping perspectives, conducting research or white papers, aiding in the development of marketing collateral, public speaking engagements and contributing to publications in industry periodicals.



  1. Minimum 8 years of work experience after master’s degree.

  2. Must have experience in Human Resource Transformation and Talent Management, with a prior consulting background.

  3. Hands-on experience in HR transformation and Talent Management projects.

  4. Required expertise in at least one or more of the following HR areas- Operating model, Shared services, diagnostics/ analytics, technology, processes, policy design, organizational design, and talent management.

  5. Project Management of large HR Technology engagements, with desired knowledge of Oracle and SAP.

  6. Design and deployment of HR Service Delivery Model across a diverse set of organisations.

  7. Comfortable working with C-level executives and navigating diverse client environments.

  8. Proficiency in all phases of the consulting cycle with a global engagement model.   

  9. Demonstrated traits including executive demeanor, entrepreneurial instinct, integrity, commercial acumen, high energy, and diplomatic teamwork.
